TFfit Ikoyi — best gym in Lagos, full stop
TFfit in Ikoyi is in a different category to anything else in Lagos. The Technogym equipment is immaculate, the rooftop turf is great for conditioning work, and the clientele is professional and focused. Not cheap by Nigerian standards but competitive once you factor in the quality. Highly recommend for any nomad or business traveller in the city.
